Was having a little trouble figuring out how to cancel a service and return some equipment in store but Jeff was incredibly helpful and made the process stress free and easy! There’s no good experience that’s crazy people
Business managers at this location are horrible. I have been charged more than $400 over for 6 months in a row making my bill almost $900 instead of +/- 450. They go thru business managers alot, last one always leaving a mess and ghosting after they leave making me have to go in to find out who is now the manager. I gave a trade in for a special, now vetting notice my trade in was not received and being charged $1000.
