Horrible service wouldn't help me with my cracked screen protector...they just sell the products don't repair them ... had an asurion lady come to my house today to fix my cracked screen turns out it was my screen savor that was cracked told to go to verizon store an they would replace an all will be good ....Wrong told they don't do it have to go to the place next to Vons on Hesperia an Bear Valley rd they will do it oh but they are closed due to it being Sunday.....ugh...
The worst customer service u can get for a verizon store. We had a unique situation that needed customer service help with one phone line. When the issue came up again we knew we were gonna need customer service help again we walked into this location and when the agent helping us told us it was impossible to fix our situation we said if you call customer service they can walk u through it so we can do it in store.
