Don’t use Verizon. They charge way more than their competitors that use the same towers, such as spectrum. Additionally you can purchase a phone online for less than offered in store, they just want to make commission off of you. An absolutely terrible experience. Went in to resolve a billing and service issue, when checking in I explained the context of what was going on. Waited over thirty minutes to then re explain the entire situation and to be told "Yeah that's crazy they lied to you about your plan but what do you want me to do about it." Then they told me if I wanted to be helped I should just go to another store. Don't waste your time driving here. Go anywhere else.
