Verizon is the worst cell service I ever had. They keep taking 2 payments a month for 1 phone. This is the 3rd month in a row. They can't fix the issue. I wonder how many more people are paying double. I told them that I will switch providers after this, and now NO ONE will help me. I am now out 55 dollars and I can't remove my payment information so I'll have to go through this again until I setup a new account through my bank...

Rude employee.. Didnt even enter the store, have a phone call, ask a few questions, they keep asking to make an appointment, tell them youll call back later, get hung up on immediately. Might be a commision base store, definitely not coming to this one

On Thursday, January 8, 2026, I went to the store on Wendover for help with my phone. It was old and dead. I had purchased a new phone from Amazon. I have phone service through Verizon. In the past, I have been helped. This time, the associate helping me made it clear that there was nothing they could do. When I asked about removing the SIM card, she remarked that it was just the phone number. I know that is not true. I needed help and I was dismissed. I highly recommend this business and shopping at this store. When you visit the store, ask for Lexus Shaw, she’s an amazing sales consultant and very knowledgeable. She helped me get my iPhones switched over and it was a very pleasant visit.
