Been with Verizon for 14 years! After waiting my turn in line I was NOT helped by Johnathan. He basically told me he couldn’t help me before he even opened my account after I explained the situation 3 times while he waited for his turn to speak he finally opened my account and realized what I was there for. It was such a frustrating experience I walked out and am going to switch carriers. If I could give them 0 stars I would, horrible customer service and when you want to say talk about an issue the rep wants to disrespect you and act like they know more. Choose a different location
