I’ve been coming to this store for years and everything’s been super cool until this time I ran into an angry little elf Ms. Rachael… She got pissed because I wouldn’t buy phone insurance… She stopped helping me and said have a great day and I just walked out because clearly leadership is lacking in this store now. That being said I’d like Jose the store manager to give me a call… Let’s discuss.

My husband and I walked into this location and had the worst experience I’ve had anywhere. I know times are rough… but whatever happened to customer service? My expectations are set pretty low these days but WOW.. I am appalled that this employee not only did not want to help/listen to us but the fact that he yelled at us from the back of the store as we are already walking out. Watch out for the smug guy who will tell you with a big smile on his face that there is no such thing as a Legacy Verizon gUDP Plan. I went in because I have this plan and need to transfer service. He told me any unlimited Plan will do. No, bro, I want to keep my grandfathered data plan. I told him I didn't come in to argue. But check that, I almost lost a unicorn!

I returned my defective tablet today and was charged a fifty dollar restock fee plus a 30 dollar data load fee so my data from my defective tablet could be loaded o to my replacement one. That's bad enough. Then the dishonest salesman had the nerve to over charge me five dollar more a month than the advertise price on the tablets store demo. He told me that's not the price. So that's false advertising. Will not return here.

Thieves. Don't use Verizon They sold me a router and was supposed to get 5g Internet. A few months after I discovered that my address is not eligible for 5g. Only LTE. And they upgraded and charge me per Gb. I was paying $250_$350 a month for internet in 2025 Even when I took my losses and cancelled my account they keep sending me bills
