It would be zero stars if that was an option. I was there about a month ago upgrading my phone and giving my son my old phone. I thought the guy was sooooo helpful. He was so nice (now I know that it was because he was selling to a sucker). Said I was getting the best deal. Even called me later to try and get me to buy some Hulu bundle. Dude this place is garbage. They have 8 people “working” in the store but none of them are trained on how to help with the most basic of needs. I know they aren’t trained because they all told me to my face that weren’t. Customer service is an absolute joke. Had 3 phones calling at the same time and each one took over an hour to get ahold of any rep. How can nobody in the store help me transfer a Verizon line to another Verizon account? Horrible location, lazy employees and I can’t wait to switch back to T-Mobile
Came in about to spend money on an upgrade, the team member who “helped” us was useless. He insulting offered to walk us through a website. I am very tech savvy and it was a waste of time trying to explain to him the Verizon wireless process for yearly employment validation. We left. Hopefully we will be lucky at a different location in the future.
