One of the best and most seamless experience I’ve had. My husband and I worked with Jennifer! I got married 3 years ago and never changed my name. Well that took like 2 minutes to fix. Then I forgot my pin also took like 2 minutes to fix. I added my husband to the plan and we both upgraded from iPhone 14 Pro Max’s to IPhone 17 Pro Max’s. We got the accessories needed. Sat and waited for 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. They sat talked to their friends the whole time never asking me if I needed anything or would be right with me. Terrible customer service and lack of professionalism.
