I am sick and tired of trying to call them and all I get is there stupid annoying AI get rid of that crap so people can talk to a real person and not a computer
10 stars!!!!! Nick was an incredible help. In a matter of 3 days another carrier made promises, set up an account without permission, downloaded temporary numbers, and locked one of our phones. Nick restored everything back to Verizon. Thank you Nick and Verizon for making everything right again.
