Our experience would have been a 5 had you allowed us access to your restroom. After an hour+ commute arriving before the recommended one at Macy's opened, it would have been customer service friendly to not have to drive to the Starbucks mid transaction. Management: do better. As side from this, Edgar was very efficient, professional and patient. Thank you.
Felt like a dang fever dream!! Some of the issues were out of their hands, kids running, screaming, ripping phones out of hands and trying to kick my service dog. After an hour wait I spent another hour with the person trying to figure out how to trade in my phone. They charged my card 500 bucks, said "oops, I dont think it went through," and insisted they needed to charge it again. I showed them it was taken out of my bank, this made no sense.
