They turned away helping out my mother. I sent her to get a phone. Her phone wasn’t working so she couldn’t call me. They refused to call me themselves to add her as an account member or even to let me know i needed to. All that i did in less than 2 min on my phone. Agent called me from my location and asked if I wanted to try their gateway router. I said I would try it and then sent it out. I returned it and I am still being charged for it now the AI answering service keeps hanging up on me.

Threw a fit when my roommate came in to drop off their phone which was already approved weeks prior. She just needed to drop it off to complete her part of the trade in (already had her new phone and everything for a week). They required me to come in because she wasn’t authorized.
