They turned away helping out my mother. I sent her to get a phone. Her phone wasn’t working so she couldn’t call me. They refused to call me themselves to add her as an account member or even to let me know i needed to. All that i did in less than 2 min on my phone. I live 5hours away so i couldn’t be there in person. If i would have gotten a call i would have fixed it asap and she could have her new phone. Sent her to a third party instead. Agent called me from my location and asked if I wanted to try their gateway router. I said I would try it and then sent it out. I returned it and I am still being charged for it now the AI answering service keeps hanging up on me.

terrible customer service wouldn’t allow me to pay my bill real quick. Have my credit card in hand. Had to put me in the queue. Wanted me to wait 45 minutes to pay my bill. What happened to customer service

Threw a fit when my roommate came in to drop off their phone which was already approved weeks prior. She just needed to drop it off to complete her part of the trade in (already had her new phone and everything for a week). They required me to come in because she wasn’t authorized. To drop off a phone. They told us numerous times that she would just need to come in and drop it off with HER ID, not me.
