I would love to understand the reason for having Verizon stores when you can't DO anything at a Verizon store. I was told by an associate I would only be able to order my phone myself online for pickup as I did not want to upgrade to the highest plan available. Even though I did want to upgrade to the next level plan. So after they were no help at all and ushered me out of the store even though I wanted to look at phones I tried to do everything online and select pickup. not available. This Verizon Corporate Office refused to take my trade-in phone for no reason. I picked up my new phone here, I should be able to return the trade-in here. I am going to bring this issue to management attention tomorrow. Gary
