The employee that greeted us as we arrived once she found out we came in for a transfer could have cared less about assisting us further. You could tell all she wanted to do was go back to sitting on her cell phone and earbuds. She could have sold two phones today as we were looking at "upgrading". 2 stars as the other employees not assisting us were nice and the store was clean.

People please review your phone contracts & information before leaving this location. These “salespeople” even mangers are sneaky & have no shame. Get proof of services you decline bc they can add services without you. Very disappointing

We tried to use the online system to help activate another phone and just couldn't get anything done. so, we made the decision go to the store by Concord Mills and it was the best decision we made. but gentleman that helped us was very professional, patient, and he made sure everything worked perfectly before we left. Verizon, you need more people like this helping customers.

Nice store the workers seemed great, but the lady that was meant to help me today couldn't seem to care less about her job. She had no sense of customer care and didn't seem very enthusiastic to be there.. I get that it's a job, but as a worker of customer service at least try to fake it. Very rude,, Lady with the long braids. Don't know if she was just having a bad day but she definitely could've been more helpful.
