My Mom and I went to this store to get her a new phone and had an amazing experience! Tatiana helped us and she was absolutely wonderful!! She answered all of our questions, cleared up any concerns we had, saved us money and worked with us get the plan and phone that suited our needs the best! 10/10 experience! Wonderful store! The store either does not know what they are doing or lies to get you to go with their plan. Then do nothing to make it right with you. I strongly recommend never using this store.
