I went to this Verizon because my phone was acting up, I was treated with so much respect and love, there were 2 employees that took care of me, Reggie and Haleigh! both of them were attentive, knowledgeable , respectful, extremely kind and made me feel at home. they were answering all my questions and even though we had a couple of stressful set back with my phone they didn't give up, they persevered and were able to solve the issues I had, I will be coming back here, this is now my favorite Verizon location because of them... read more
Good luck. You’ll wait 45 min+ no matter what day of the week and no matter if you have an appointment. Appointments mean literally nothing when someone walks in and gets helped before you while you stand there. Minimal staff at the store closest to the busiest mall in NC? Great management there. Laughable.
When you go into this store for Technical Support definitely pack your patience. My experience was horrible, I would give this location 1 star if it wasn't for Haleigh. I was in the store for over 2 hrs on the phone with Customer Srvc, by the time I sat down with her I know how I was feeling was written all over my face. She did a fantastic job; she was very polite, empathetic, professional, and most importantly she knows her job! My issue was fixed in less than 30 mins. GREAT JOB Haleigh !!! ..
