My internet home equipment stopped working so I went to this store only to be told I’d receive better help via their customer service number. I called customer service and the representative told me I could go to the store and return the faulty equipment. The sales representative at the store didn’t even offer to swap out the box when I was there. we had dialla upgrade our phone and it was so super quick and easy. she provided great customer service and was super knowledgeable about what verizon offers. if you are in the concord location please ask for her!
Love it
We were approached by a sales rep who then left us & went to help someone else. Even though there were three other representatives there, all they did was stand at the front door goofing around. We sat there for about 15 minutes and realized that no one was coming to help us so we left. As we walked out none of the three bothered to ask if we still needed help or support at all! Poor service. Doesn’t even deserve one star!
Bought a PAID OFF phone from Verizon. They even after NOT W9NING THE PHONE. Have NOT unlocked it and keep making me redo HOOPS.. What a JOKE of a Company..
