The employees here are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. Also, they had the phone that I wanted in stock!
Horrible wait times and subpar customer service, they don’t greet you when you walk in and service is first come first serve which I don’t mind but the associates never look up and greet who’s walking in so they don’t know who actually came first and who didn’t which often leads to being skipped in line, I come to this location because they have a self serve kiosk where I can pay my bill with cash and it gets JAMMED every time.
