Moving my lines from AT&T to Verizon was the biggest mistake I could have made. Honestly, the experience has been a total nightmare of incompetence and constant frustration right from day one. If you can avoid this company, run! The trouble started immediately. Carlos at this location set up my account wrong along with another representative (did not get his name) there at the store when I turned in my old devices the next day. Came in tried to get some assistance on upgrading three of my four phone lines. I kept getting passed around from person to person the manager instead of helping me pass me on to somebody else and then went and help somebody else as though he was too good to help me, but then proceeded to help other customers in front of me so I ended up here for over two hours. Definitely going to reach out to corporate 100% unacceptable and unprofessional
