Terrible experience today trading in an old Apple Watch for a new Apple Watch bought online, the store’s staff gave me the third degree and acted like I was trying to do something crooked. I’m going to complain to the corporate home office cause I don’t appreciate being a treated that way.
Erik, the Store Manager, was extremely helpful to me while I was trying to understand my phone plan. He was patient with me, listening to all of my questions. Verizon is fortunate to have a Manager like Erik.
Rafael worked with us and got us going and went above and beyond to make things work and was a smooth transition from one carrier to the next very well pleased with this place , they've got a good thing working here, Eric and Franco also on top of they're game here.
Do not under any circumstances visit this store. If for some reason you are forced to, do NOT work with RAPHAEL. His customer service skills are terrible, and he’s a liar. He told me I would get $175 for my old phone (after I told him the back glass was shattered) and when I drove the 45 minutes to the store I was given $87.50 BECAUSE THE GLASS WAS SHATTERED. He lied and told his manager he hadn’t discussed it with me. What a scam
