I don’t write reviews often but when I do they have definitely earned it, I switched to Verizon about 2 weeks ago, and randomly had an issue come up with the cellphone and watch I purchased, I was on the phone with Verizon customer service for 4 HOURS for this issue that was actually made worst by the support team but the General Manager Howard at this location fixed it for me in no time flat, I was extremely disappointed and annoyed by time I’d gotten to the store, that I assumed it’d be just another bad experience but afte... read more

This Verizon store is hands down the best I’ve ever been to! The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I’ve never had such a stress-free experience upgrading my phone. The level of customer service here is unmatched, and I won’t be going to any other Verizon store from now on. Highly recommend!
