This place is terrible take for ever to provide service have to sit there for hours until someone decides to take care of you The people there seem so lazy
Took my aunt to find a phone they wouldn't listen to her kept trying to make it the highest possible on getting a phone
Terrible experience today. Can't tell the guys name b/c he spoke too quiet & limited English. Had no idea how to help with my trade in. Everything transferred & device erased from account but wouldn't stay powered on long enough to see the proof or serial number. Well guess what?! Buford Verizon, Julian & his coworker knew exactly how to see the serial number with NO POWER! Go to Buford for more knowledge workers!!
This store gives me an aneurysm every time I have to go in. Staff acts like they don't care if they help or not. So Frustrating when you've been a customer for 20+years!!
