Terrible experience today. Can't tell the guys name b/c he spoke too quiet & limited English. Had no idea how to help with my trade in. Everything transferred & device erased from account but wouldn't stay powered on long enough to see the proof or serial number. Well guess what?! Buford Verizon, Julian & his coworker knew exactly how to see the serial number with NO POWER! Go to Buford for more knowledge workers!!
This store gives me an aneurysm every time I have to go in. Staff acts like they don't care if they help or not. So Frustrating when you've been a customer for 20+years!!
Terrible experience today trading in an old Apple Watch for a new Apple Watch bought online, the store’s staff gave me the third degree and acted like I was trying to do something crooked. I’m going to complain to the corporate home office cause I don’t appreciate being a treated that way.
