this place really bad place to make phone contact :(( they will add extra protection plans and wifi without telling you .. so check really good before getting phone
Ordered phone online for in store pickup. Never received notification of ready and no way to call store directly. For personalized service they use AI. Really? Give me a break. Stopped by store, two employees said they could not get phone ready only their supervisor can do that. Who was not there. Really? Great service. Do I am just supposed to guess when the supervisor is in and guess when order is ready, just because I can't call the store directly.
Verizon online and phone support gave me the run around for a month on upgrading lines and phones. The assistant manager here went above and beyond to fix the past issues and get me the phones and plans I wanted. In store experience was much better than online and chat interactions. They were honest and clear on steps needed to get me what I had been promised for weeks. Just go in store here to be helped correctly!
I upgraded my phone and chose the option to return my trade-in device at a store. I chose this store - I bought a device there a few years ago and had a good experience at that time. When I stopped in today to drop off my trade-in, the security guard told me to get a UPS QR code (the other option I had declined). I got quite upset and the guy told me to leave.
