As others have recently said, avoid this store like the plague. I made an online order to be picked up in store ("Express Pickup" according to Verizon - 2 hour average). After a few days nothing changed on my order status. Went to store. They never processed it. In other words, they had done nothing. The fact that it would've gotten to me quicker if I'd had it delivered is more than laughable. I would avoid this store. The two men who said they were supervisors showed no interest in helping me with a return and instead prioritized assisting new customers opening new lines. I ended up wasting nearly 50 minutes just waiting.
I'm glad that you and yall customer service line disconnect my phone acting like yall did something but yall didn't because I still got internet and watching movies as that and I do not like yall company anyway because yall add extra stuff on my bill that I have to find out through my verizon wireless customer service name David out in davenport iowa and the other staff that was very kind and polite and they told me everything and yall is nothing but a scam and I'm glad I'm going to return yall stupid box because it's not wo... read more
Expect to wait 20 minutes in the store for anyone to even acknowledge you are there. I ordered a new phone for pickup, they told me the order is pending and to come back later. I found out they never had the phone in stock. Then they had me call Verizon customer service to figure out what is the issue and why is it pending. Was on hold for 30 minutes and without resolution. The manger and workers are rude, not helpful and just told me to wait another couple hours. 2 days later, still no phone, I cancelled my order completely... read more
