I got Wifi here. The staff was good.. However, I work on a boat for months at a time... there was a problem with my account... they disconnected after 2 weeks. I called customer service and they assured me I could deal with it when I got off boat. So 7 weeks later I got off the boat. Tried to pay and get it turned back on.... I found out they charged over $320 in late fees and sent my account to collections, even after I explained to them there is nothing I can do till I got off boat...... Jay helped me out and prevented me from overspending when I didn't need to. This is customer service at it's finest, I love Verizon and will definitely be a lifelong customer.
