Absolutely horrible customer service especially if the rep (black guy) is talking loud enough for the customer at Bob Evans to hear. And if it's more than one black guy that works at this location, it's the one who is working today Saturday March 14 at exactly 10:30 am The hook nose piercing on the young.lady is such an unprofessional look!

I went in to get a price quote to see how much it would be to upgrade my phone. The skinny boney guy with glasses just gave me such a terrible experience and started giving me attitude when I told him I wasn’t sure if I was going to purchase today. I started questioning him because he told me my phone bill “might” go up but he couldn’t tell me for sure if it would or not. I too went in to disconnect a line and help with other miscellaneous minor service items but was told (like another recent reviewer) thatI had to call customer service to handle that because they do not do it in store. I call bs. What’s the point of having a storefront that’s also there to help with CS requests? If they’re trying to help their bottom line or quotas, sending their foot traffic away is probably not the smartest thing to do. Are they there to hang out? Or help out?
