The worst customer service ever!!!
I came into Verizon today so frustrated with other carriers and I hadn’t had a number for the last two days. Mark was so kind and SO helpful with everything I needed. He explained everything to me. Very knowledgeable as well. Him and the store manager Donarius definitely made my day so much better. This is by far the best location I have been to!
