This location is amazing!! I was having issues with my phone that kept going out of network. I went to two other Verizon locations and they were not very helpful. I am so glad I came to this location! Ivonne and Enzy are the best! They resolved my problem, and made sure I got the best offers available to me. I really could not recommend this location more. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 18 years. This week, I went to pick up my new phone at the store near my home. The employee was kind, but the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. I left feeling very upset and went to another store to complete my purchase. A manager’s job is to take care of customers and represent the company well, but this manager did the opposite. He is hurting Verizon’s reputation, and I believe keeping him in this position is a mistake!!!
Can’t say enough good things about Ivonne and her dogged determination in helping us with a tricky situation porting over a number. Highly recommend!
Went in today with a very specific and frustrating problem trying to port my phones back to Verizon. Failed attempt to try and switch to AT&T which lasted a day. No one was able to help me or turned me away. Customer support, tech support, sales etc. Another Verizon location didn’t even attempt to hear me out or remedy the situation directing me back to customer support, after customer support told me to go to a Verizon location.
