This place is ridiculous. The first time, they said it's an hour wait. You can make an appointment if you don't want to wait. I made an appointment. Got there checked in 10 minutes before my 4PM appointment. At 4:05PM, a guy came out and said oh we are backed up today you'll have to wait 30-45 minutes. WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT??? DON'T USE VERIZON UNLESS YOU LIKE THIS KIND OF SERVICE.
I used to like coming here. Now they don't care and they have outsourced their call center in India or Phillipines, its hard to understand these people they don't speak good English. Also the manager Danny here was rude didn't really help me and said he had to go. They promised me $40 off per month and did not deliver. Go with spectrum or t mobile
