I walked in to get a upgrade from this store and gave my information to the employee. He insisted I wait for Mother’s Day sale for the best value, and I trusted what he said. The next thing I know, I got an alert that someone was trying to get my upgrade at the apple store. The same exact phone that I wanted. Coincidence? I think not. I wish I read the reviews for this store. Looks like a lot of fraud going on. Long story short, DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION!
I’m writing this review a month later because I almost forgot about this experience. I had just switched my whole family from US Mobile to a Verizon family plan and came in the next day to get some help. When I mentioned US Mobile, the staff reacted like they had never even heard of it, which honestly felt dismissive and unprofessional. Biggest waste of time ever. They only either tell you to call a customer service number or just have you go to the Verizon website while standing in the store to complete your purchase. Meanwhile they stand around doing nothing, watching you talk to customer service on the phone. Why does this store even exist?
I am writing to warn other consumers. Do not go here. They are very dishonest. I was told to add a line & I would get a promotional credit for an upgrade. I was assured repeatedly the line would be free. The line to my surprise was not free is it $40 a month not including taxes and fees. I am very disappointed I will never come to this store again. The manager along with its sales people are VERY dishonest.
They were very helpful while I dealing with an issue! Finding parking can be an issue due to Traders Joes across from Verizon
