After promptly arriving a few minutes early at the brea Verizon store, they made us wait almost 45 minutes and basically got jerked around. The customer service really sucks, if you want shitty customer service then go to the Brea store. You want to get treated like a human being, go to a different one.
Went in very reluctant to engage. Ended up signing up 4 new lines and internet. Karli is fantastic! She anticipates needs, shows respect, is calm, and treats others as I think she would like to be treated. Was dreading getting 4 new phones for my family - but she provided a great experience. Javier was great too! He’s in training but was extremely supportive and patient and kind. Thank you Karli & Javier! I will be back!
After 23 years on Verizon Wireless, I have reached an impasse. After the company's CR line totally screwed up my plan and promotional cell order, I tried to enlist the help of the Brea store. Over the years, the Brea store was always the go to for upgrades and solving problems. Not anymore!
