They were very helpful while I dealing with an issue! Finding parking can be an issue due to Traders Joes across from Verizon
Had an appointment at 1pm and walked out at 1:45 after watching walk ins get service while I waited for the rep I had an appointment with. I had told the rep I was willing to wait the 15 or 20 minutes she advised but when no one was available to help us 45 minutes later I gave up. The lack of acknowledging that other people's time is valuable as well was the last straw. I never use this store again and have already referred 2 others to another store. Am now considering changing carriers as well.

the absolute worst customer service sorry i bothered you today! I went into the store because I have been dealing with customer service for six months (same problem every month) over the phone in India or the Philippines or wherever and I really needed someone to speak English to. Hours and hours on the phone. I decided to go into the store to get help they were not any better can They do nothing without the manager there? Canceling my Verizon contract
