I was having a pretty bad day after getting my phone stolen. My friend and I came into this location and were immediately greeted and helped. Travis was the kindest, most patient, and helpful associate I've ever had at Verizon! He made sure he showed us all of our options, explained everything in detail, and was just a very pleasant person who made us laugh and feel confident about what we were doing. Charge me for an iPhone that I returned
My phone was having trouble with charging port. The customer service rep. Did not help at all. He kept on saying you qualify for an upgrade would you be interested in buying new phone. The person before me also had a similar kind of an issue and the rep did not help. Since I had phone insurance he said he will send to company but since I have scratches and minor crack on my phone I would need to pay $99 fee for them to send me a new one.
