I've been trying to return a piece of equipment to Verizon. I'm so glad I stopped into this particular store! I'm not sure what his name was, but a guy with a 5:00 shadow who looked like he should be on a surfboard not working in a Verizon store was so very helpful! He spoke to me the moment I walked in and immediately took care of this issue that I had been having trouble with. Thank you so much, whoever you are 🥰
I just wanted to send some positive feedback for my walk in experience a few days ago. I came in late on a Thursday. Maybe 630. My phone was in bad shape and ready to die any minute. When I walked in there were no customers and I was greeted immediately by Jamar. I explained I was looking for a new phone to replace my existing device and he got right to work setting me up with a new phone. The 1 star reviews for this store on Sam Rittenberg are accurate. I had a nightmare experience with this location trying to get a new phone. Long story short I dealt with some blonde girl who kept talking about how attractive she is, and how people are jealous of that, and how she “hits all of her numbers”. Lots of inappropriate conversations between store associates while the store was filled with customers. Very obvious that the only thing cared about here is sales commissions. And heaven forbid you go in there with a prob... read more
