Terrible customer service. When you go in asking for help and the customer rep answers is “I can’t help you with that” zero guidance until I kept asking questions. Surprising that the third party Verizon on James island jump to help you. Even if they don’t have the answer right away. At least they try.
Travis was great in assisting me in everything I needed.

Wow, Nigel at this Verizon was extremely helpful to me yesterday! Excellent customer service for the problem I was having. He went through it step by step, explaining. He was patient and got all the issues resolved. I am glad I stopped at this location!
