Travis was super helpful! He switched a couple things around on our account that just made sense. He was knowledgeable and super friendly!
My experience with Amanda was excellent. She truly was a blessing. She did a great job. My only complaint is the lighting . They are to bright and it bother my eyes.
Amanda was so helpful and saved me from leaving Verizon. I left and she won me over with her customer service.
called charles at this verizon store and asked him a general caller ID question which he knew how to fix, but he said I had to drive 30 minutes to come into the store, they wont help you unless you come into the store. terrible customer service.
