Worked with a blonde lady yesterday to get our phones preordered. We let her know that the account owner is my stepdad — who lives in a different state. Without asking or confirming she had the phones shipped to the main address on file — Kansas. Now our phones are shipping halfway across the country & she told us “well sorry, but they’re getting delivered sooner than expected”. We have a business account and regular phone lines with Verizon for almost 2 years now. And I am in such regret! The first time we even switched to them the associate put the wrong number in etc messed up the configuration to the point where I had to go back multiple times and my phone lines never been the same. I have no service anywhere I go. Verizon used to be the best but it’s not what’s worse than the service is the customer service you will receive at locations or a 1-800 number. What a terrible experience. Go in with the intent of switching over from att. I’m told bill would be $130ish..ended up purchasing 3 new phones, and they were unable to get them working before I left. Went in with 3 working iPhones, left with 3 that had no service. Returned the next day for hours with no resolution, then told I had to go to the apple store. 2 days with no help here to fix anything.
