I have had 2 bad experiences at this location in the past week. The first I stopped in with my daughter to upgrade her phone. It started the moment we entered the store. There was no one in the lobby waiting at the time and the available associate reluctantly approached with an attitude like we were bothering her. We had unbelievable customer service today. We went with issue with our phone plan and we ended up.staying with Verizon. Jen McCormick was awesome and very understanding towards our concerns. We have been with Verizon for over 24 years we really wanted to stay and Jen helped us get our plan down and still feel happy to stay with Verizon!!! Verizon very lucky to have her with such outstanding Customers Service!!! ( very rare now day's!!!
The worst signal I ever had. He lied to us . In the beginning he told us 4 line with one phone it will be 110$ . At the Chek out the price duble up and charged us 210$ .the signal was really weak I had to return the phone 8 days later they charged me 108$ for breaking the seal and returning the phone . After 14 days I had to changed the service again they charged me $241 saying that I used their service . I still don't know how u guys will fell after all this?. Paid total of 461$ in 14 days .
