This is by far the worst Verizon store. Came in on a Sunday to pick up phone. Was told it’s $29 to “have them help with that” on top of the upgrade fee. When asked if I could use their WiFi, response was we close in 15 minutes so I’d recommend doing that at home. Michelle was rude and should consider an job outside of customer service.

I came in for a quick thing that was handled very easily. Good service, it's well staffed. Would go again if I needed to.

I stopped here to pickup supplies for employee cell phones. The store employees were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great experience, which isn't always the case at these satellite stores.

Incredibly knowledgeable and polite staff. There may have been a long walk-in wait, but the woman who helped me walked me through the process of replacing a phone, and I was able to get out shortly after. This is 100% my new primary Verizon store

Probably the worst customer service you'll ever get. Staff seems uninterested to be there, and they always go for the "smal ltalk" technique to get you on their side. Lots of bait and switch, and they always say they are lowering your bill. Sure, for the short term but wait a year and see how your monthly bill inflates.
