So sick of this company just trying anything to bill me more, absolutely worst customer service on phone and in person. Anytime you want to trade something in or return they tell you to go in store. I waste time doing that just to get told they can’t help me and I need to call to return items, so I call. They tell me to take it in store. Fast forward another 90min and after going back and forth they send me a return label to my email. I check it and it just takes me to pay my bill. Go figure. I cannot say enough about my experience at Verizon in Naples. Jim and Marquis were so very kind, helpful, and informative… to a person who missed the technology curve. I totally appreciated their support and helpfulness. Two wonderful gentlemen. Thanks guys

wanted to return my Internet router and close account ,not happy with home internet service.walked in and the gentleman told me I would be glad to help.as he enters the system to find my account he tells me he can’t accept the router you will have to close account first.the system will not let him accept the equipment,not his fault he tried to help me as much as possible but that is how it works.so now I have to call some other dude on my phone to close account and then maybe they can accept the equipment.never heard of such... read more
