This establishment is awful. Twice I went here after Verizon told me to drop off an iPad and twice I got turned away. These men that work here are arrogant, defensive and have zero customer service unless you agree with them. Please do not go here unless you 100% know what you need. I am not a complainer, yet this place deserves to be shut down or completely restarted.

Not impressed takes forever to get a live Verizon person, finally. Raise rates after iPhone is payed off, they tell you same month no warning. Offered me a 10% discount for one year, when I called since I have been with them 10 yrs. Told they have many discounts available when I called complained! There is no such thing as Service!
I would like to thank Jeromy for going above and beyond to help me out with my phones and service. Just owning issues I experienced. Showed true leadership and customer service. As someone who works in customer service myself that met a lot to me. Did a tremendous job a lobby leading getting everyone where they needed to be. Also, Dennis for being a patient explaining everything about service to me. I’d recommenced this store. Happy with phone and service.
Not a all helpful. If I wasn’t a customer for the last 21 years. I would go to another service. Kind of stuck unfortunately
