Avoid this store if at all costs. I've been in store multiple times today and have been given the absolute run around by an employee named Anthony. Terrible customer service, heavily pushed a credit card after being told no, and tried to sign me up for a promotion without telling me it would add advertisements to my streaming sites.
I highly recommend going to this location if you have technical issues. I have an iphone and discovered SMS text messages quit working. I originally took my phone to Verizon at Bonita Beach Rd and 41 but the rep there did not resolve the problem and it appeared to make the issue worse. I took the phone to the Verizon store at 2259 Pine Ridge, Naples and the service was totally different. Every staff member was professional and helpful.
