What a Great location!
The staff here is incompetent. Our bill was incorrect and they advised us to call customer service. Seriously. Avoid Dennis and his manager, Jim. Total waste of time. Obviously, they and Verizon do not value their customers.
Great service helped me out and as a service member the helped me get a discount and the speed of my needs were met faster then any Verizon I have ever been to thank you to Marquis he’s the man you want to see if you want something done quick and professionally
Nayim the female manager on March 27th 2026 at 11am had the coldest response to my appointment that I made with Verizon Wireless. I had proof I had made an appointment with corporate with a reservation number. Because it didn’t cross over to the store she still placed me at the back of the line and she even suggested that I come back at a later time. I am moderately handicapped due to a stroke by the way. Today, I spent a few hours in the Verizon Wireless store off Pine Ridge Rd. Marquis was my sales rep, he was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me with all of my questions. I am very satisfied with the service I received here.
