This store has always been helpful but this is about verizon in general. I switched to Spectrum in September and Verizon told me my lines were disconnected but left my watches connected so I was charged off a $70 credit they owed me until come January I owed them $36 until I had called and canceled the watches that were still active which customer support had told me must've been a mistake by myself or this corporate location.
