Came to Verizon on skibo to get my phone upgraded. Arrived and was checked in immediately while we waited for a sales rep. Our sales rep Logan was super helpful and friendly! She was well informed, had all the answers to our questions and helped us choose the plan that best suited our needs. Truly exceptional service from her and her team!
I always had a great experience in 1956 Skibo Rd Verizon store. But today in this same store one of the customer service representative made me wait for an hour in the middle of my case, because he had an important call. He could have assigned someone else. Another Verizon guy came after an hour and solved my issue in 5 ‘minutes. I am really really disappointed today.
