I am in awe what I experienced when I went to Verizon to get a screen replacement on my phone. First I was upset when the Asurion agent asked if I let my kids play with my phone and broke it. Not that I need to explain my children are adults on their own . Also I have payed close to 700.00 in insurance over the last three years and was told they cannot find anyone to fix my screen. So I would have to pay 90.00 for a refurbished phone. Verizon is horrible and Asurion is even worse I would never recommend this company to anyon... read more
