Please don't go to this location! Got a new phone and wanted help transferring the data. Had 5 people ahead of me. Waited patiently and then had a lady whose 1st name begins with D try to "help" me. She was rude and unhelpful. Lectured me on why I shouldn't have tried to do it on my own at home first. It's like she's mocking you for needing help. I walked out 1/2 way through the process. Please read some of the other reviews and you'll see what I mean. Stick with getting your help at the Apple Store.

Went in to get a replacement phone under insurance and the employee said they couldn’t help me unless I was going to upgrade . They told me I had to file a claim online , I said how if my phone is broken ? Anyways after they realized they couldn’t sell me a phone they sent me to the back of the store so I could use their iPad to file a claim. It’s shocking how attitudes change when you’re not buying a phone they act like you don’t exist I guess it’s due to commission pay . Very poor customer service for a loyal customer of 1... read more

Terrible experience. I do NOT recommend verizon internet to anyone period. I got internet from them and got charged in less then 15 days. Not 30 days or a month from my start date. And after the 15 days I still paid and my internet has been dropping on speeds. Its to the point now where im the only one using the internet and getting 50 -70mbs but im paying for 100-300mbs. I called and got placed on hold. I went in to this location I started the service at and had to wait an hour and still didn't get my problem rectified. Abs... read more

Usually I Have a positive experience. After many years I have left Verizon. Seems lately when I go in person to the store I end up staring at the agent while they talk on the phone on my behalf with some expert . I tried to return my internet box but they couldn't take at the store " go to Fedx." I called Verizon and they said drop it off at the store. Seems like a lack of effort.
