I needed a new phone as my Motorola was really slow. I happened to be near this store and walked in around 5:30pm. I was promptly greeted and after a short wait, had the pleasure of working with Renee. She was so helpful and patient as I was trying to decide what phone to get. After deciding on the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, she was able to seamlessly set up my new phone with all my info from the old phone. She even helped me save money on my current plan. Great experience and highly recommended.
This store’s service is terrrrrrribly slow! I walked in with one person ahead of me and it’s been an hour so far now and I’m here writing this STILL waiting. I’ve seen two people walk out who have been waiting longer than. Version needs to address this. I don’t know what how well their actual service is because I’m still waiting and the store is pretty clean as you see in the photo. I recommend you with make an Appt or find another store.
