What are the actual hours? We keep coming 1/1.5 hours before closing and it’s not open. The hours aren’t posted on the building either.

Man the service here is so hit or miss. No issue waiting 10 minutes to get checked in and then another 10 to get served, things happen. But to have a clueless gal being unhelpful and unable to verify our business account with a text? Clueless and unhelpful? Preferably neither, but at the worst pick one. Why am I paying the bs business fee again?

I had a terrible experience at this Verizon and would Highly recommend ANY other location. The staff here will overcharge you and try to get you to add extra services you don't need. I was pressured by multiple staff members to make upgrades and changes to my plan a few times. Even the manger. I felt very uncomfortable and left unable to buy the phone I wanted. I love Verizon and usually their customer service it great. This is the opposite of what I would expect from such a reputable company.

We made appointment on 11am. We arrived 10mini earlier, the manager who chewing gum lady told will check in so we waited then 11 o’clock she taking care of other customers, then done with that customer they start call other customers who came after us. So we ask the manager she forgot checked us in. No sorry or anything with chewing gum. We just waisted our time there. Don’t go this shop.

They don't take payments. they wanted to charge a fee to take a CASH payment. They don't accept equipment turn ins. One employee means long waits. Go to a real location. this one is a scam.
