I would leave negative stars if possible. Verizon stole $180 from me and came up with a nonsense reason why they couldn't give me the phone I paid for AND THEY PHYSICALLY HAD IN THE STORE and not one employee could explain to me why but the money came out of my account instantly. No one from customer service to tech support to salesman to managers give a single damn about you. For the love of God if you value your sanity avoid Verizon and this store like the plague. I visited this location last week, Tim helped me and he was wonderful!!! I had an older iPhone that completely shut down on me and was not salvageable, and had to get a new phone. He helped me find the best phone for my needs and he helped me figure out how to get everything onto my new phone!! I was completely lost in all this and was so stressed, but Tim made this experience so easy for me. He truly is the kindest sales rep I’ve dealt with in years! Thank you Tim!!
Don't ever go to this store!
Terrible experience! The only CS rep didn’t know what he was doing. We drove all the way over to this store from Encinitas thinking they would honor their add “a new iPhone 16 Pro on us” but when we got there and started discussing it, he said their would be monthly payments for 3 years to pay for the phone. Either this was fraudulent advertising or the guy running the store didn’t know what he was doing. I actually think it was both! Verizon has really gone downhill. After 28 years, I’m looking for an alternate provider.
