Terrible experience! The only CS rep didn’t know what he was doing. We drove all the way over to this store from Encinitas thinking they would honor their add “a new iPhone 16 Pro on us” but when we got there and started discussing it, he said their would be monthly payments for 3 years to pay for the phone. Either this was fraudulent advertising or the guy running the store didn’t know what he was doing. I actually think it was both! Verizon has really gone downhill. After 28 years, I’m looking for an alternate provider.
Today I went w my parents and the manager was so helpful, totally going out of her way to answer every question my parents had (which was a lot!!!). Overall, their customer service was fabulous! Gracias! 😊

Started the order online and went through was approved for credit, but the problem with the payment card prevented the sale. I went to the location at Carlsbad Village. They said they cannot help because my ID was stolen and I haven't received the new card yet. Went through a lot to finally be told that the location on Marron may be able to help without ID.
