I had no idea that I was locked in with Verizon when I decided to go back with them and got a new phone. Not very happy with this company.
OK well this is a follow up to my first review . Ok well they opened promptly at 10:00 am. And there was no wait. So the guy comes over and I tell him I ordered a upgrade to my s10. Or the exchange whatever they call it , only to find out it didn't go thru because of my situation and my brother gave me the phone and it's on his line/account so I'm stuck without his ok to do all this on his account . As good as can be expected…. for a phone company. I came in here after a major headache with another store. They fixed the problem, and gave me a great deal. I bought a phone from another store and I unknowingly got a terrible plan at a terrible price. This store got me a new phone with a better plan, for cheaper. Changing phones will always suck, but this store made it suck as little as possible.
