Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They made the transition to a new phone as seamless as possible.
Quotes don't match what they bill you for, was never offered the tablet or watch, charged us for a higher plan on phones than what we asked for, told us Netflix & Disney was free but charged me for it, charged you $49.99 to send stuff from old phone to new phone which they don't even do. You do it. Not impressed with the Verizon store at all...
