Had a great experience and saved over 100 a month switching from ATT! Mike and the whole team there went above and beyond to make the whole purchase of 6 devices easy and painless and would highly recommend going to see them!
Terrible experience with one of the girls here. Overall she helped me, but speaking terribly about another non corporate Verizon location. Corporate or not I personally had a great experience at my original store which was not corporate. And will never be coming back to this Verizon store.
Went to a Verizon retail store in Glastonbury had the worst experience, very little stock and rude sales person. I went to the Verizon store in Newington I was greeted well and asked how could they help. Ethan, Mike and Jamal were great answered all my questions. Help with my phone comparison. That's a hell off a team. Thanks guys......
I had a problem with my iPad. I couldn’t get Google to work. Ciaran solve the problem in minutes. What was most impressive was that he really listened and seemed interested and actually caring.
