We just had the best customer service experience at this location. We worked with Ethan and he was top notch. We ran into a snag and the manager and another team member jumped in to help solve the issue. Great customer service!

Young lady is not welcoming customers Her replies and answers were not Profissional or even helpful. Question was how much we pay every month? She even can’t give me what plan I’m with Verizon. All what she was saying is to call customer care number. Ending up that she was very rude.
