Young lady is not welcoming customers Her replies and answers were not Profissional or even helpful. Question was how much we pay every month? She even can’t give me what plan I’m with Verizon. All what she was saying is to call customer care number. Ending up that she was very rude. This place was crazy packed when we went and it wasnt even like a Saturday. It was a Tuesday. It was like an apple store. You had to get a number or something at a kiosk and they had like a half hour wait. We winded up just going 2 miles up the road to the next Verizon. Much smaller store but zero wait time and super friendly people.
No service.only sell new phones
