I've worked in retail for eight years prior to my professional trade so I believe I have an experienced opinion on how well a customer service associate performed. Verizon is fortunate to have Alex in the team. He was very professional, courteous and took an entire hour to ensure our situation was resolved and we left happy. Needless to say, we left happy.
We just had the best customer service experience at this location. We worked with Ethan and he was top notch. We ran into a snag and the manager and another team member jumped in to help solve the issue. Great customer service!
