My daughter and I were shopping around to switch over our service. Ended up popping into this Verizon where we were immediately greeted by staff members. Abigail did it big with us. She made sure we were satisfied with not only her wonderful customer service but with our purchase as well. Finally new phones! LOL!!! There were a few customer that popped in while we were waiting for everything to situate itself and were also in and out with little wait time. This was the best tech experience I’ve ever had. Not because it all went without a hitch, but because Ethan (my new favorite tech guy) pursued a solution when there was a connection glitch. It was actually caused by my previous carrier! I went in two days after my initial purchase and was treated kindly and knowledgeably by the entire team. Ethan systematically diagnosed the issue and found the solution. It is a huge relief!! I have definitely made this store my go to and Ethan my go to guy!!❤️

i think i had the worst customer experience ive ever had literally ever, at this verizon location. i went this past friday to this verizon location, to purchase my daughter a new phone. i have been a paying verizon customer for years, with several lines. while they were loading my daughter’s information into her new phone, my daughter had to use the restroom. my daughter is only 13, and has type 1 diabetes making it difficult for her to hold her bladder for long periods of time when her sugar is low/high. since i knew the pr... read more
I had such an amazing experience with Payton at the Verizon on the Berlin Turnpike! He was such a great help, not pushy and just very patient to work with especially with me having to translate to my mom. I would highly recommend going to see Payton!
