My wife went into the store to drop off my Galaxy S21 Ultra that was needed for a trade in for my upgrade. The employee told her it wasn't necessary and instead canceled the trade in (now my promotion is canceled on the upgrade) and instead convinced her he would give her a "free" line that is going to cost me $40 a month. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only at this location but the location on Johnston as well. The Johnston location had NO EMPLOYEES even in the building. After they referred me to the ambassador location they told me that I needed to “sign in” even though I was the only customer in the building. After signing in I watched all 4 available employees go to the back of the store and hide. After about 20 minutes of sitting in an empty building an employee finally came out and they were NO HELP.
