Horrible experience. With that said, I went into this store for only a SIM card on an older phone because I lost mine in Germany. The guy (middle eastern) told me it would be $15 ... Ok fine! I know it's free at any corporate Verizon store but ok I'll pay for the convenience and support a small business..... then he said " it's an additional $35 to set it up as he points to a piece of black and white printed paper in a display frame as if it was informative as to what I was paying for. Overall good experience, wait time is a bit long but employees are very helpful and kind
James was so very helpful, he was able to retrieve all my information off my old phone which had been destroyed in a accident.
The Customer service experience was definitely great and people friendly. She was very helpful.
