After we were quoted monthly rates by a Verizon manager and a $400 gift card they didn't honor neither one. Very disappointed with Verizon and would not recommend!

My wife went into the store to drop off my Galaxy S21 Ultra that was needed for a trade in for my upgrade. The employee told her it wasn't necessary and instead canceled the trade in (now my promotion is canceled on the upgrade) and instead convinced her he would give her a "free" line that is going to cost me $40 a month.
