The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only at this location but the location on Johnston as well. The Johnston location had NO EMPLOYEES even in the building. After they referred me to the ambassador location they told me that I needed to “sign in” even though I was the only customer in the building. After signing in I watched all 4 available employees go to the back of the store and hide. After about 20 minutes of sitting in an empty building an employee finally came out and they were NO HELP. Asside from phones being ridiculously priced now a days, our associate, Candice, was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products and plan features. She helped us to decide on the best phone for our needs. Thank you!
People are very professional
One guy made lies about the plans to try and get me to spend more money on a phone plan I didn’t need or want good thing I knew the actual price of the plans and what they were for
