Its ok
Just got my first bill after upgrading phone and tablet and added Home 5G internet. I was lied to on the cost of the service and install. Went from $45 to the bill is $60. Install was supposed to be free - WRONG $180 - and the install only took 10 minutes. That is $1080 an hour. Not a bad income. I was signed up for services I did not ask for or needed and did not even know they existed. Major FAIL Verizon. No ethical behavior, lies and misconduct.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I'll start this by saying I've been a loyal customer to Verizon for 20+ years, paying over $300/month. My company recently decided to switch phone service providers, so we were in the process of leaving Verizon while maintaining home Internet and 1 phone line with them. Boy was this a mistake.
