This location has TERRIBLE customer service, I've been in customer service for over 20 years and I've NEVER treated people the way we have in our short amount of time we had service with Verizon (2 months). Every single encounter was short, demanding, rude, and condescending. Not one of those workers listen to your concerns nor has the ability of compassion, or empathetic. Approximately 5 months ago I went to Verizon to get internet they told me I was going to get a $200 Amazon gift card and internet for 75 a month if I set up for auto pay here it is month after month after month I keep calling they keep telling me to call the number and they keep telling me Oh we're going to send you the gift card this Friday here it is another Friday coming up still no gift card still charging me $85 a month I have to call every month to Verizon and complain then they give me $10 credit just keep telling me ... read more
Not friendly and since it was closing time I was told to come back when I actually just found my ID which had I known I needed to return the Internet box I would have looked for it was earlier. I was there almost an hour. I verified my account when I walked in and over the phone as I went in store but still had to call 611 but I will say the rep on the phone was very nice and helpful. I’m still on the phone with him and the call is now 33minutes and counting.
We came into get wifi and Clarissa got us a router in store. But she also had another one shipping out to a wrong address that we won’t be living at any longer. We had to come back in store the next day and were helped by Phillippee he was able to cancel the router that was being shipped to us he said before I left the warehouse. And made us a new account number. We went home and spent hours re logging into the app and getting verified.
