Worst customer service EVER!!!!
I came into the Verizon store tonight to trade in a phone. The sales representative was not very friendly and acted like she did not want me in the store. The phone that I was trading in was not ready to be traded in, but I didn’t know the necessary steps to take. She was very short with me and it made me feel like I was an inconvenience.
Horrible customer service!
The staff was very helpful to our elderly friend, who was having a difficult time with new phone having spam popping up on all her apps. He helped to clean her space to be able to use it again! Thanks for the help!
