Went in to see if they could help with understanding how to delete storage on my email. They were so clueless, they just dismissed it. Trying to get me to pay for something before exploring options. That's why the one star. Absolutely pitiful customer service.
I purchased an Iphone for my husband's Christmas gift and went in to the Easley Verizon store the next day to get help transferring the data from his old Iphone to the new one AND to complete the trade in for the old phone. Verizon specialist Krista Roclevitch approached us and after we told her what we needed help with, she immediately told us that their store was too busy for the services we needed and we could do it ourselves. Jessica was more than amazing, she had waited on the phone with Verizon hr to get everything with my account settled to get some new phones she gave us an amazing deal and was very kind and always made sure we were happy and that we were comfortable I would recommend to request service from her
