Jessica was more than amazing, she had waited on the phone with Verizon hr to get everything with my account settled to get some new phones she gave us an amazing deal and was very kind and always made sure we were happy and that we were comfortable I would recommend to request service from her

AFTER 6 YEARS OF MY LOYALTY: This is the corporate verizon store in easley sc. They kept pushing deals on me, wifi boxes, all kinds of things, to try for one month free and then if unsatisfied, you can cancel. I never used that wifi box or their service, I had switched to Spectrum Charter, I even paid off the lastest galaxy smartwatch as well as the fastest galaxy ultra phone as well as countless other things, paid everything off and asked them to unlock the devices and let me switch to another carrier, I spent an hour and 1... read more

Tried turning in my deceased mother's phone, as directed by THEIR customer service. Tried doing it last weekend, but was told I needed to come back today to get it resolved. Not a problem. I get here today, and am now being told it can not be done in stores, even after I showed them the text string from their customers service team. Either their employees lie, or don't know what the heck they are doing, or their customer service team is the one with the problem. Either way it goes to show why they are loosing customers.

Purchased a “lifetime” screen protector after being convinced to do so by the sales department here for $64, price seemed crazy but I was told all I need is the box and the replacement is easy and no questions asked. I tried to get a replacement after a small crack appeared and the company (Zagg) told me I needed a receipt despite what Verizon told me. This is the WORST Verizon store anywhere. This is the second time they have kicked me out over NOTHING. You’re met with attitude as soon as you walk in the door. They just kicked me out of the store threatening to call the police, claiming I wasn’t an account manager on my OWN account. Cyrus and whoever the manager is are sad, miserable little men.
