We went in today to get a phone for my dad, and a really helpful employee assisted us. He told us we could get a great deal if we had a phone to trade in, so we left briefly maybe 15–20 minutes to grab one. When we came back, the employee who helped us was gone, but everyone else who had been working was still there. This has turned into being the best customer service store I have ever visited. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable. JUANA is definitely an angel in a Verizon shirt. After being on hold with tech support for 2 hours the night before and an hour in the store she was definitely my in store PEACE...I appreciate her patience and knowledge. Great store to do business with. Definitely worth my 45 minute drive and coming back for my Verizon needs
I had a trade-in device and Alex was so helpful! He was knowledgeable and had patience with me about the process. Would return to that store for future purchases.
