Verizon customer service sucks. We've call them three times and was put on hold and got hung up on all three times. And first of all I would like to talk to a real person.

I had opportunity to work with Eric at the Verizon store in Bluffton today. I was upgrading to new phone and was not able to do the data transfer due to wi/fi service issues. Eric came through in a big way for me. I thought I had really messed up the new phone. He quickly diagnosed the issues, cleaned up the phone, completed the transfer and had me on my way in about 45 minutes. He really knew his stuff. I am an extremely happy Verizon customer due to his expert technical service.

Denis and Arthur were amazing in resolving a complicated billing issue and adjusting our service plan. They went above and beyond. Highly recommended:)

What started out as such an inconvenience to my beach day turned into the funnest day sitting at a table with Mr. Greg & his wife Mrs. Carol with the manager Denise (pronounced Dennis) and his employee Arthur. They were so knowledgeable. I actually added to my bill and it was cheaper. What a great experience! What a great group to pass the time with than these 4. The vibe they give off was amazing and just what my soul needed. So excited about my new devices!! Thanks, Guys!!
