The sales people at the Bluffton Verizon store on 278 are excellent. I’m a senior and technically challenged and the staff there was professional patient and kind, specially Eric and the sales person that helped me initially . The staff was the staff is exceptionally supportive.

My phone fell in the water, I took it to Verizon, the Sale Representative, Ms. Danielle Hawkins worked so hard to help me wit a replacement. She spent 6 hours of her time trying to work out my situation while she had to go through approximately 8-10 customer service reps to no avail. She was exhausted and so was I. I felt terrible but she never gave up. She worked and worked until she got the best for me. That is called customer commitment. I so appreciate her and the hard work she did to help me. Thank you Ms Hawkins.
