This has turned into being the best customer service store I have ever visited. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable. JUANA is definitely an angel in a Verizon shirt. After being on hold with tech support for 2 hours the night before and an hour in the store she was definitely my in store PEACE...I appreciate her patience and knowledge. Great store to do business with. Definitely worth my 45 minute drive and coming back for my Verizon needs
