Screwed us charged 800 dollars for a I phone 14 the salesman said was free . Then we find out we are under contract now . Im a 70 year old 100 Percent disabled veteran . Be careful if you go in the Bluffton store . They will tell u sign here no charge then you find out you have multiple charges you did not know you had. Sick the way salesman take advantage of older people!
Very friendly people, been with Verizon for years, this is a good location. I had questions regarding fees and taxes (wow they add up).
No cell service in my Bluffton neighborhood. Made an appointment and went into store to receive assistance after the App/online service could not help. I was told in this store to contact customer service via the app. Been trying to reach a human for several hours. I cannot believe I pay for this.

Verizon customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I called them because I added apple music family plan to the phone lines and I cannot sign in to apple music. I spoke to someone who could not speak English and could not solve the problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor that spoke English and was in the usa and they failed to do that.
