Had to wait too long . Not enough help. Finally left and ordered case online from Amazon
Derriana was WONDEFUL! We had an issue with a cellular device that got all screwed up in their computer system and made all sorts of problems (not Derriana’s fault at all). She worked with us for 2 1/2 hrs getting things fixed. She never once acted annoyed or displayed anything but a cheerful and helpful attitude. And she fixed the issue and even saved us a little money! I’ll definitely be asking for her if we have any other issues!
Sky was absolutely amazing and helped me so much to understand everything about my new phone as I am in my 80’s and needed this kind and patient person .. I am so grateful for her assistance.
Joe was very helpful today.
Friendly atmosphere; quick service....this is the only store I prefer!
