My first question before switching over to Verizon for our business was if there was good signal in my area . The salesperson reassured me there was without checking . He was only worried about selling . Then he said he added our card to reoccurring payments and that was also a lie . I have horrible signal on all 5 lines and the card wasn’t added to auto payments . They just want to sell for commission here even if they have to lie. Stay away from here
Don’t use Verizon go to ATAT or something else there service sucks in this area and customer service doesn’t exist
Could not help me with my service issues but they still take my money do not recommend using Verizon in general!!
Terrible customer service - they were rude and cost us money and time at the end because they cancelled our trade in request without informing us that they’re cancelling. Please don’t go to them as they will screw you over
