Cam had amazing service and was super profesional
The employees at this location are useless. I needed some basic technical help with a setting on my phone and they were like "er, we can't help with that you have to call tech support" Completely absurd. You used to be able to walk into Verizon and get help, not anymore. I dont have the time or the patience to press 1, press 5, press 9 verify my name and phone number, deal will the bullshit "tell us why you are calling bot" press 4, press 6 only to have to verify my information again and then get transferred/cut off. The staff here were so helpful and got me in and out in like 15 minutes. Highly recommend this store and their associates if you value your time and want a good experience.
