This is the worst store i ever been in i went to trade in my apple watch because i bought the ultra 3 and this guy did not want to take it in and said thats what happens when you buy from best buy and was very disrespectful. He was making really rude comments and was acting like he didnt want to be in the store!! Please get corporate to help mark out on how to talk to customers!!!
