The amount of patience and knowledge they showed us was INCREDIBLE. We were helped by a gentleman named Marco G. We went to inquire about a phone line, and pricing, and we left with 5 lines. Not only did he get us a lower phone bill than our previous company (AT&T) But we ALL walked out with brand new phones. If you go to this location PLEASE ask for Marco G. He’ll do right by you 🙏🏻
Had a great experience here with Marco. He did a great job helping me set up 9 lines and a home WiFi. We transferred all of our lines and he did it all pretty quick. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
After getting no support from the online site regarding that no light on the box, I took the box to your store. Was greeted by Matt, who saw the problem. Not only did he replace the box but helped me through the return process. This type of customer service certainly needs to be recognized which I hope you will pass on to Matt. I appreciated this so much.
