No wait, great customer service, and in my experience is the best service hands down I’ve with any of the companies out there.
Check in is effective, but our only downside was we're lied to about the deal we were offered, we were reached out to via phone call by Dee when we got there she was with another customer so we were tended to by another employee, who went along with her "deal" and reasured us we had to pay nothing but now our bill says otherwise
