Verizon did an excellent job with my customer care recently. I had two people living in my household, needing a new phone replacement that they have been dealing with the issue for months. Verizon did not hesitate to replace the phones, for both people in the same day. They were easy going taking care of my situation over the phone, in a mobile setting, and it was as if I walked into the store and got my money's worth. I would recommend Verizon to anybody. Worst internet provider do not use them. They came to my house to setup internet. The internet was only 3 mbs. It should be 7-15 mbs. They had a tech come and he couldn’t figure it out. The next day I cancelled their service and they still billed me. I called and told them I’m not paying and they sent it to collections. I ended up paying. They are worthless and have horrible business ethics.
