If you want to visit a Verizon where the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, then avoid this Verizon at all costs. I’ve been here in the past but I was there this past weekend and Alex gave me exceptional service! He gave me options, quickly resolved my stolen phone situation with being able to walk out with a new one that day, not the 16, but the 15, which the camera is great compared to my Pro Max I was using. I was very relieved and satisfied leaving there, and i’ve been a customer for 26 years, maybe should have got a free phone but hey nothings free in life!
