I want to be specific. Steve was a horrible person to work with. He walked away from me and disappeared, twice in our first interaction. And then when I returned to trade in my old iPhone and Iwatches for credit. He disappeared again. I wasted time dealing with someone that belittled me and didn’t want to do their job. I feel so disrespected. I did finally get my bill fixed after sitting on the phone for 3 hours but, Steve was no help at all. After this interaction, the experience with Verizon is ruined forever.
