I am writing this review because I am very disappointed with how I was treated at the Verizon corporate store when I went to pick up my phone. The employees were very rude on Saturday 08/02/2025, I received an email telling me to pick up my phone and when I got there, I was told to check in and I did, the assistant manager Carlos stated that my order was not ready, why would I get an email stating that the order was ready but it wasn't, they were really rude at this store, the La Canterra the employee finally came out and ha... read more

Jesus was amazing!! Will absolutely come to this location again. He took his time to explain each package to help me make the right decision for our needs.
