Everyone at this store was super helpful with all my needs. Got me all switched over seamlessly. Brought my wife over from AT&T and Dave Denning was working with me until 10:00 pm making sure everything transferred over correctly. Highly recommend him and everyone else at this store!

I see why people are switching from Verizon. Im a new customer and from the store reps to the phone customer service is all horrible. Add that with getting anything fixed or looked up takes a minimum of 30-45 minutes. They clearly don't care about customer service anymore.
Sneaky salesperson added insurance and a mobile hotspot to my plan and set my daughter’s new phone up on wrong line. Took me 3 hours of calling customer service to deal with his errors and deception.
