Whole company is a joke. NEVER ORDER A PHONE ONLINE. Ordered a phone online and they charged my card and everything. Then 2 days later they cancel my account and takes hours to get a number that talks to a person and not a broken chat bot. Then told it was flaged for fraud with makes zero sense and they can't tell me why. Absolute idiots. Now I can't even go inside a store and buy a plan. Pathetic customer service all around. Our Verizon technician Mike was amazingly helpful, patient and hooked us up with some great services we were unaware of. If he's not too busy, ask for Mike. He did a fabulous job.
Y'all better go with cricket . Verizen can't activate a family plan in under 14 hours. ... Total incompetance .
Scotty at this location was super helpful and helped me with the new set up. He took his time and explained everything. I truly appreciate his time and enjoyed working with him.
