Being unhappy with my current provider, it was suggested to me that I go to the local Verizon store and speak with the manager there, David Denning for help In purchasing a new phone.I went in on Saturday and even though it was very busy, he was Knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. Where to begin… I forget the store managers name (maybe Dave?), but let me just say, he went above and beyond to solve an issue my wife and I were having with an iPad. His creative and customer centric approach to learning about, understanding the problem and offering a valuable solution was very refreshing and an approach most would have equated to what can only be taught in Ivy League MBA programs.
