I was so impressed with the staff at Moncks Corner Verizon today. The store was super busy, but they acknowledged each person, kept things moving, often working on 3+jobs at a time, were super knowledgeable, and never got frustrated or impatient. I was especially impressed by the management skills of Jasmine & Kearstin.

Worst customer service ever!!! My grandmother went into the store yesterday and was lied too.. she went back today and the lady that she went to for help refused to help to her. If you are not purchasing anything from them they don't want to help you. They over charge their elderly customers and are rude to them!!! Verizon needs to do a revamp on their employees and how they treat people. V the way you allow your employees to treat people is unethical.
