Worst customer service ever!!!!
Worst customer service ever!!! My grandmother went into the store yesterday and was lied too.. she went back today and the lady that she went to for help refused to help to her. If you are not purchasing anything from them they don't want to help you. They over charge their elderly customers and are rude to them!!! Verizon needs to do a revamp on their employees and how they treat people. V the way you allow your employees to treat people is unethical.
Yes staff nice in general but they seem more interested in their own personal issues and texting their own personal needs instead of the customers being helped.
