I had an exceptional experience with a Verizon representative recently, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received with Jamie. He was professional and genuine, conversing with us as he worked on his iPad for a solution to our issue. He didn’t rush, but got us out of the store in a timely manner. It’s rare to find customer service that’s both efficient and personable, and I truly appreciated how he went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend Verizon, especially after this outstanding interaction!
Verizon is the biggest scam ever. Do not join. I’m still regretting it.
Let me start off by saying I’ve went thru so much trouble in the last 3 weeks with AT&T. I walked into the Verizon store in Seneca and Ashleigh helped me out! She got me 2 new iPhones with unlimited plans in 30 minutes compared to the countless hours I’ve spend at AT&T. She was very nice and efficient and knows how to get the job done. I don’t know anyone else I would have enjoyed dealing with better than her! If you need a new phone or whatever go to ASHLEIGH! You will not be disappointed!
