They Care About Commission, Not Customers Unless you know a manager personally, the staff will not listen or find what actually works best for you. Verizon is about making money, plain and simple. I watched an elderly woman get sold a $300 plan and told it was her best option. No warranty offered. The rep talked smooth and friendly so she trusted him completely. I usually dread phone stores, but Nadrian changed that. He was super helpful and got me in and out in a timely manner. The whole team was great. Don’t let the old rumors about this store fool you; they’ve got it handled. Highly recommend this store.
Nice people at this store they walked me through everything and I got service with them
Spent 2 hours in the store trying to get new phones and they couldn’t help us we had to get the number for customer service and call them after leaving the store, went back today to see if they could help me set the new phone that Verizon sent me and they were rude and disrespectful ,so I will never go back to that store ,went to Clemson Verizon store and they were awesome.
