I was just in earlier this evening about an ongoing bill that had been going on for many months now, I had some of the best service tonight and got the issue resolved. I didn't catch the lovely mans name that helped me, but he was very professional, helpful, and kind. I want to thank him for helping me to resolve the issue with my bill. Great service at this location, couldn't be more pleased!

Absolutely thrilled with the service I received at the Sugarhouse Verizon store! Gabe went above and beyond to assist me with my business account and even helped set up my home Wi-Fi. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless. I was genuinely impressed by the positive atmosphere in the store—everyone seemed happy to be there and eager to help. If I could give Verizon ZERO stars, I would. I moved my entire family over (about seven lines total), and it has been nothing but a nightmare from the very beginning. Every single month since starting service, there have been issues with my account. Now I’m staring at an almost $400 charge that should NOT be there. No matter how many times I call, spend hours on hold, or even go into the store in person, I’m told the same thing: “It’s being resolved, it will be fixed.” Weeks later nothing changes. Best Verizon in all of Utah! Right away the store manager greeted us and attended to our needs. Will be referring more family and friend over, thank you! Branden is the took care of us from beginning to end without any hesitation.

Branden was the service provider that helped us when we came and we felt pretty lucky to have him. We even waited longer then we should have because the que can get a little messed up when you sign in, but we know stuff happens and it wasn't done on purpose. Just if you are waiting longer then you think you should just do a double check and ask nicely. They work very hard to accommodate everyone. Thanks guys!!
