I bought a watch from Verizon in December for Christmas. My wife didn't care for the color, so we returned the watch within the return window. Well, what the manager did at this location was cancel the line, which ended up charging me $545!!! Then set me up on a new line, and now Verizon won't refund my money
Excellent and friendly staff, but they are sales primarily... if you have an issue with your device, they are of limited ability to assist.
Pretty quick and were very friendly, totally surprised prior experiences.
