Buyer beware. Terrible customer service. They lock doors earlier than posted times. Saw me coming in only to lock the door earlier than posted hours. Would never recommend. Buyer beware.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS STORE!!! Sent my daughter in to handle a simple "add a phone" the manager "Johnny" (wouldn't give me his last name) was very rude, over talking my daughter with me on the phone. When I had her give him the phone so I could talk to him he then started over talking me not giving me a chance to talk. His issue was he said my daughter wasn't an authorized user (which she is!) I got in my truck to Meet her she then went to the Middletown store and low and behold she was a authorized user and they got her taken ... read more
