We have been with verizon 14 plus years, and there hasn't been a time when we have worked on our account that it wasn't messed up. We were in this store at the end of february 2025, to add a phone tablet watch and look at our phone plan. We were given printouts by two specialists in the store, and told they could lower our bill with promotions, Since we hadn't looked at our phone plan for over five years.
