Verizon's Ai interface might be the worst more frustrating possible interaction as a human, but Marc at this Verzion store legitimately fixed my problem in less than 10 minutes. Calm, professional, prompt and irreplaceable. The men at this store get the 5 stars (EACH)
Unhelpful and rude. Came in to follow up on an inquiry with customer service and was immediately turned away without any assistance. They did not consider looking at the notes added to my account even after i suggested it.

I had been advised by customer support that I needed to go to a corporate store and speak to a manager to resolve my issue. I was at this location for 2 hours, having requested to speak to the manager, and the manager never came out to talk to me. Somehow even more useless than the Leominster corporate location. And a bigger waste of time and gas. I have never been happier that I switched to T-Mobile.
