I ordered a replacement upgrade for my daughter that lives in Weston and the online services directed me to Waltham. The online portal informed me that I would be contacted within two hours to pick up my phone which never happened... Marc at Verizon deserves a raise and possibly his own comedy special. I walked in with a broken phone and the emotional state of a Victorian child. I walked out with a brand-new phone and several giggles. Marc made the whole process easy, painless, and surprisingly hilarious. Five stars for customer service, five stars for comedy. Verizon, pay this man immediately.
Renee' was awesome! Knew exactly what I needed before I could finish telling her. In and out in minutes. Just one downfall and not Renee's fault. You need to get a real local phone number and not an 800 number. Everytime I called I got switched over to customer service to sign up for paperless billing, automatic payments, etc. Was just looking for a certain phone charger so had to take a chance that it was in stock, luckily it was. The representative didn't want to help me because he wouldn't earn a commission regarding questions about my new device and software/pop-ups. My other option would be perma hold over the phone. Incredibly rude!
