Lou was so helpful, he deserves a raise. Dropped my phone in a toilet, I was in a password paradox. Lou was able to help me problem solve and get to a resolution by the end of our session. Reps here put services on your account without asking, only want to upsell you instead of provide customer service, and management is aggressive, unprofessional, and condescending. Absolutely avoid at all costs and switch to another carrier if you can.
