Reps here put services on your account without asking, only want to upsell you instead of provide customer service, and management is aggressive, unprofessional, and condescending. Absolutely avoid at all costs and switch to another carrier if you can.

I had an issue with my new phone protector and Cody at the Framingham store helped me out. He was a whiz and was able to fix my issue in literary a minute. Excellent customer service and is well deserved of a bigger role at Verizon.

I can not say enough good things about my multiple experiences at this Verizon…first of all..faces are the same..that says something…I’m not easy..and the sales associates always treat me with respect and are incredibly knowledgeable..most recently..my phone fell off a dock with me in St. Martin..I returned to the Framingham store…and David not only remembered me but gave me the info for a replacement..I returned 2 days later with silly questions..Brian was completely nonjudgmental and assisted me with closing the loop…hones... read more

I just wanted to post this review to thank Edward at the Framingham corporate store. I had been dealing with an upgrade fiasco where Verizon would not let me return my trade ins and then later cancelled the trade in. I was very upset but Edward was very patient and was able to assist me and the verizon rep on the customer service line to get everything sorted out. Next time i will just stick to this local store as the service is infinitely better than the numerous calls ive placed with the 1800 number over the past two month... read more

Truly one of the worst experiences at a store I've ever had. The staff, including managers, are extremely rude, condescending and disinterested. They don't listen to a word you say, roll their eyes at basic questions and are only interested in upselling you. For example, in trying to resolve an issue I was having with connectivity I explained that I was not interested in upgrading today, but they basically tried to corner me into doing it on the spot.
