Helpful and efficient staff.
I had been advised by customer support that I needed to go to a corporate store and speak to a manager to resolve my issue. I was at this location for 2 hours, having requested to speak to the manager, and the manager never came out to talk to me. Somehow even more useless than the Leominster corporate location. And a bigger waste of time and gas. I have never been happier that I switched to T-Mobile.
HUGE shoutout to Jordan for helping me twice figure out my SIM card issue. As a girlie who typically prefers to not work with men, Jordan was kind, extremely helpful, and listened so well; even fitting me in the second time I came in simultaneously with another task so I wouldn’t have to sit around forever. Super happy to be able to use my phone again! Thank youuuuu!
