Wait times are as unreasonable as at any other "cell phone" store but the quality of customer service when you get it is very good...just hope your CS Rep speaks clear English. Today, I struck Gold! David spoke well. David resolved my problems ( screen appearance on my Samsung Galazir). Very very happy with the the service. David did very well.
Bald gentleman who works here was rude and condescending. Go to another Verizon store
Sales associate did not even introduce himself. When my husband and I tried to describe the service we needed, he immediately cut us off and just told us to call a number to get it figured out. Would not guide us, help us or for that matter treat us with any respect.
This is the store I have always counted on. Went set up Fios for a new residence and just not a good experience. Person helping clearly should not work with customers. Will find a new store.
