Brandon was a great help in my wife getting a new phone. We live out of town but will be driving back to this store because of his excellent customer service and efficiency.
You’re better off shopping online. Ive gotten 3 devices from this location. Every time they are real nice until the sale has been made then there is no after sale customer service. No help setting up your phone. All three times I’ve had to spend endless time on the phone with customer service getting my devices to work. One I had to go to an Apple Store. Excellent customer service
I purchased a screen protector that I was told had a "lifetime" warranty. It was very expensive, but I keep phones for a while and thought it would be worth it. I broke it and took it in to the store and they sent me to a cell phone repair shop to have the "Warranty" honored. They charged me $15 even after acknowledging it was warranty. The manager of the shop said they have even called Verizon and asked them to stop telling people it was a free replacement on the warranty.
