Rick was really great. He made the process of upgrading my phone easy, and he was really straightforward. He never pressured me, and laid everything out clearly from the beginning. It was actually the best experience I’ve ever had upgrading a phone. I had a lot of questions, and he took his time to explain everything. When my phone transfer time surpassed their closing time a bit, Rick was really chill and never made it feel like an issue. I will 100% go back to see him specifically in the future.
Employee assured me three times of an answer that was completely wrong, leaving me without a phone for 72 hours.

Quick service, but check your bill! Asked for no additional "perks" and of course there was one added to my husband's line without our consent, which I removed same day, something to be aware of. They do upsell HARD.
