Quick service, but check your bill! Asked for no additional "perks" and of course there was one added to my husband's line without our consent, which I removed same day, something to be aware of. They do upsell HARD.
Best customer service I’ve ever seen. She fixed the issue that three others couldn’t. She explained everything to where I understood and was very patient. Someone like her needs a huge raise because this kind of customer service is not found much anymore.
Terrible pickup experience. Apparently "available within the hour" doesn't mean that at all. Arrived and was told that the phones are locked and only accessible when the timer opens the lock. Asked when that would be and was told "we don't know." How do you not know?! Could be 5 minutes could be 5 hours? What a terrible way to run a business.
