every time I come to this location, no one ever helps me no one ever comes up to me and every time I even get anyone to talk to my issue never gets resolved. I always go to the one on East Genesee because that’s the one that actually works.

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE RECEIVED EVER. FAMILY PURCHASED PHONES ONLINE, GOT APPROVED, PAID USING THEIR CARD, SUBMITTED IDENTITY DOCUMENTATION. IT THEN PROCEEDED TO BE A 2 DAY COMPLETE FREAK SHOW OF A JERK AROUND. THE MOST HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RECEIVED TO DATE FROM ANY COMPANY KNOWN TO MAN.
