If I could give this store less than one star I would. The employees in this store couldn’t care less about customer service. I would not recommend doing ANY BUSINESS with this store. I wouldn’t want anyone to experience the same HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, and REGRETFUL DECISION TO SWITCH TO VERIZON AFTER VISITING THIS STORE. Always sucks going in. Walked out today without being helped. No structure at all. Multiple employees talking to each other, they help two groups after I walk in and ignore me for some reason. Get told to wait when I try to mention I was first and there awhile. Worst store in the area. Just going to do things online. Don't know why I bothered. You shouldn't
