Horrible customer service the minute that I went in there the guy was giving me so much attitude when I was asking him a few questions. All he was saying is if the phone is too old then we can’t help you, But I kept telling him that I bought the phone in that location and it should be working because it hasn’t been that long that I disconnected it and he kept saying I don’t know. My mom and I came in today with quite a few requests and michelle was very helpful. We had issues from another store and she explained clearly what the issue was and the solutions. She even spent a good 30 minutes on the phone with customer service to help us take advantage of all the available promotions. She was attentive and was able to help us with everything we needed. thank you michelle!
Honestly a very odd interaction. I'd love to be able to use the person's name that collects a check from Verizon but he never introduced himself. The Hispanic gentleman spent our time being annoyed that he was selling a new phone, didn't want to listen to anything regarding our current bill, then tried to convince my wife to sell him a phone for $50 that we were trying to exchange.
