Gabriel helped us this evening, he was friendly and knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions. We were extremely pleased with the service.
Andrew and the other guys who were working with him the night of 2/24/25 were all great. Andrew was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and my grandma in a way we can understand it. One of the other guys helped entertain my 2 year old son while i talked to Andrew about upgrading my phone.

Went there to update a phone. Been with Verizon family plan for years. After a long wait, we're told he couldn't help us. Lied about what he could do. Will never go back to this store. Went to a different store and had no problem getting the service we needed. I don't recommend this store at all.
