We had an excellent experience buying new phones with the help of Andrew. He is the reason for five stars. I just returned the old phones and was “helped” by a person called Chris. Once he was done, he said you’re good to go. I asked for a receipt. He said it was emailed. I said I couldn’t leave without the email because each phone was worth $1100 trade in. Visited the store to purchase a tablet and activate a spare phone previously purchased through Amazon. The process was quick and efficient, and I was in and out within minutes. The associates were helpful, professional, and friendly. I left with both a fully functioning phone and tablet. I will continue using this location for future purchases and services. This company needs a full FCC and Federal Audit!!!! Years of Price Gouging and inconsistent Policies. With Zero Accountability!!! I’m so disgusted that I thought I could trust them again. I’m a disabled senior on a budget. I signed up during covid and was quoted a price monthly at 91.00$ that turned into 128.00$ and I had to constantly call billing and Customer Service is the WORST!!! Needed help setting up my phone and was treated REALLY POORLY I was told it would cost me thirty bucks (in the representatives words)in a really rude way or I could just go to the App Store.There were four representatives sitting at the counter and when I asked for the name of the RUDE REPRESENTATIVE I was told that it was none of my business. I Would recommend NOT USING this location I went to the Smith Ridge location and was REALLY happy with all the help I was given.
