I have visited this store 3 times in the past 2 months. Each time I received prompt and friendly service. Been a Verizon customer for 18 years and will stay a Verizon customer for many more years to come. Service like this in-store and over the phone is why I left AT&T and T-Mobile. Highly recommended...Thumbs up!
I came into the Verizon store with a broken phone and expected to spend a long time trying to transfer everything over to a new device. To my surprise, George was absolutely fantastic. He had me set up and fully taken care of in just 10 minutes! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. What I thought would be stressful turned into an easy, stress-free experience thanks to him. I couldn’t be happier with the service.
Today we had a real good experience with Verizon in Sparks, NV. Ague Romero went out of his way to help my wife get her new Apple Watch set up. Great experience by a very professional young man
They went above and beyond to assist with all issues. I hope corporate will give them the recognition they so truly deserve . . . I was in a better mood leaving than when I came. 5 start service.
Well lets see ive been sitting here for 45 min. And im yet to even acknowledged.im justvtrading ing my phone l. Now there's15 people in here and im just a fly on thr wall to them. This is the 4th encounter here and once again im being ignored and treated like i have everytime here. I hate coming here they make me want a different carrier. Im very disappointed again
