Be advised the customer service you will receive at this store is HORRENDOUS! Upon walking into the store I was not greeted or helped at all. No other customers were present, and still non of the employees could be bothered to look up from their phones or halt the conversations that they were having about weekends plans. Unfortunately, I was told that the store when I added my daughter‘s free line that the $35 activation fee would be waived. It was not waived and no note was left on the account so I waited on customer service line with Verizon for over 30 minutes to be told that I have to go physically into the store I said no that’s OK. I will give the store a call. I can’t even get in contact with the store directly. I’m not sure why that is and why we would need to go through customer service all over again this is not a customer friendly... read more
