Been trying to get my rebate since November of 2025 still waiting and have visited the store a few times and had numerous calls to Verizon. Never getting them again.
I had a great experience with agent Victor...I went in to get help activating my phone, but he upselled me the new S26Ultra with an awesome deal! Did not intend to get a phone but couldn't pass up the offer! Thank you, Victor!!! I would recommend this location!
Verizon sucks. Customer almost 14 years. Pricing is outrageous and nobody tells the truth on anything. I left and went with another cell provider. Especially when you are a Senior Citizen and they don't care.
