Team was helpful but I had to wait for almost 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged!
Came to this Verizon store to turn in our old phones and after we got new ones shipped to us. The store associates were very helpful and professional. It was a quick amd pleasant experience.
Be advised the customer service you will receive at this store is HORRENDOUS! Upon walking into the store I was not greeted or helped at all. No other customers were present, and still non of the employees could be bothered to look up from their phones or halt the conversations that they were having about weekends plans. I came to the store to pick up a phone and tablet that I ordered online. I came with the receipt and was basically told to leave because it wasn’t showing up on their end.
