Really busy today. The person checking in at the front door got me in the que and told me it wouldn't be too long. It wasn't. In fact he came through with the answer in under 10 minutes. He told me my account/plan already had what I needed.
Eric was fantastic! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. We would recommend him to all our family and friends.
Nic is fantastic! He helped me get my phone active again, and helped me get home internet after moving to a new address. He is patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and always willing to help in any way he can. Thank you Nic, and thank you to this stores management for going above and beyond for helping me correct a huge misstep an authorized retailer made that they shouldn’t have.
