I ordered a Verizon prepaid SIM card on May 23rd, and to this day, I haven’t received anything. Not a single SIM card has been delivered. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, only to be passed from one representative to another—literally dozens of people—and still no one has resolved the issue. Terrible service, we were sent to this store to process a warranty exchange and the store rep named daniel told us , I am not a tech so please go to apple. Thank god i called tech support and they processed it via phone.
This store has the worst customer service they are so aggressive and they can't do anything for you 99.9 % of the time. All you hear is we can't, we can't,we can't, but what they CAN do is sell you anything and everything ! Quick to sell and send you off your way. 1 person out of 7 people was helpful.
