Great customer service Marq, Carla, and Anthony were all helpful. The store had the most pleasant atmosphere. No one ever wants to have a phone that doesn’t work but when I was most frustrated, I was able to get my phone fixed with their help.
Went to take my trade-in devices in today since the deadline to turn them in was quickly approaching for the upgrade I did at the end of last month. My mom drove me as I'm in a wheelchair and don't drive. Before we even got all the way to the door we were met with a very friendly and welcoming manager who was already holding the door open for us because he saw us coming before we even got to the door.
