We got the help we needed to fix my wife's I phone 14 pro for dropping calls. They install another virtual sims card for us. The wait time was reasonable.
This place does not honor the corporate promotions that you see on commercials. I went there on Black Friday 2024 and was promised all 9 activation fees would be waived along with a $300 credit that was increased to $400 after spending about 8 or so hours at the location to transfer all of my services. The sales personnel were terrific! They submitted the credit requests over to the manager for approval but the manager NEVER approved the promotions promised. Just upgraded my cell phone today at the Salisbury, NC Verizon store. Andy helped me to choose a new phone and new plan quickly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely recommend letting him assist you.
It's not just the store. Verizon sucks. I had to get a replacement phone because my screen wouldn't work anymore. I get it and have to call to activate it so I did. They said they couldn't help me transfer my data over because my screen didn't work. They said don't worry you can go in store and they would do that for you. So I go in store and they said "i don't know why customer service tells people this but we don't have the technology here to help you switch over your phone".
