We visited this Verizon store this afternoon to complete a trade-in process. The customer service representative was so helpful and professional, and he successfully resolved our issue. We really appreciated the smooth service.

My agent was Tez. He was able to help me with a new phone upgrade, home internet. I was able to get to new devices with no real increase to my monthly bill!
Worst experience ever. No one was able to help and I'm a corporate customer. Never going to this location again. Wasted 90 minutes and left without being guided. Worst experience ever. Should've know it's not the corporate store.
