Ken’s customer service skills are exceptional! During our visit he simultaneously helped another customer who referred to him as “The Ace” because he competently solved an issue. I recommend Ken for employee of the month.

The employee that helped us was either misinformed or manipulative, perhaps both. He told us our phone upgrades were free yet now we are stuck paying full price for them. He also let us know if we opened two more lines our bill would be lower. Either didn't understand what he was offering or promotions were not entered properly, but the monthly bill is higher than he told us it would be and we are now stuck in this contract because we owe over $1400 for new phones. Don't go to this store!
