Absolutely terrible experience at the Verizon store in Salisbury, MD. I scheduled an appointment for 7:00 PM on April 11th, expecting to be helped on time. Instead, I sat and watched as multiple walk-in customers were assisted before me. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s going to be completely disregarded? My 84 year old dad went over there for help with his phone, it was acting up. He was treated rudely, handed a piece of paper and told to call technical support. He rode all that way to be told that! Went to the Berlin location and they were very helpful. Shame on you N. Salisbury location.
It is easier to give yourself a root canal than go to this Verizon to get a new phone and transfer your account to another Verizon account. Even if you have an appointment you have to wait 15 minutes to be seen. Then, after 3 hours (note: this doesn't include any phone shopping time) you leave and your new phone isn't receiving texts and Verizon doesn't recognize your number and the zip code tied to it.
