Really rude costumer service and unable to help me with my payment, only suggested me to call in Verizon financial services for help.
If you’re placing an express pickup order don’t expect it to be done the same day. I had to call them 3 times for them to pick my order before they closed. I placed the order at 1pm and they didn’t pick it until I called the last time 30 minutes before they closed. I go and get my order and all the employees were sitting around and not doing anything.
