I was in Verizon today for service for a phone I bought last week. The person that assisted me had no customer service skills. He never responded to anything I said. When he finally finished with my phone. He just slid it to me and said there you go. Total opposite of the service I received a week ago when I purchased the phone. As I was leaving, and reached the door he sarcastically said aloud "you're welcome " like he was doing me a favor as opposed to a service. At no point was he polite nor courteous to me. I recently came to this store when I was in a jam with needing an upgraded phone in a timely manner and stopped in one morning. Daija was great with helping me get a new phone and I'm very happy with it. Thanks again!
