Poor customer service. They offer deals to get you in and then add all these little charges to it. Be wary of them
I called this store Wednesday at 11:02am asking about what international features were on my plan and how to set them up. The person who answered said I had to come in to find out more, that he couldn't give that information over the phone. He said I could call customer service but I’ve had negative past experiences I wanted to talk to a person to make sure everything was set. I went to the store at about 3pm today (Thursday). Overall sales team has no product knowledge and no understanding of the billing system. You're better off upgrading online, instead of dealing with someone who knows nothing.
