My family was traveling cross country on May 31,2026 and my daughter lost her cell phone. I had ordered a cell phone to pick up at this location as we were traveling thru. The two men I encountered inside the store were the most rude, unhelpful Verizon employees I had ever met. They didn’t help me with anything other than handing me her phone and basically told me to call for help. This left a terrible memory and bad look for Little Rock Arkansas
