This store has the worst employees I’ve ever experienced at a Verizon. They are unhelpful and want customer service to do their job for them. I recommend going to the one on McCain or the 3rd party on Chenal. :)
Very accomadating
The staff were very professional they went out of their way to help me with my new account
I have been going into this place numerous times over the years. Today I go in to speak with Eric the manager since he said that the phone issue is under warranty. He's off and the associate wants to have a refurbished phone sent to me. First of all, not happening I'm paying for a new phone that's defective. So a new phone is what's going to be provided. Have no problem of closing the account and dropping all four lines. Tired of the run around. Thanks for me driving 60 miles round trip for this fiasco of bullshittery.
