I went into this store on August 11, and purchased a device. The device has given me trouble since day one...I.went back into this store every day the entire week of August 11-15 each time I was there three hours or more with no results to my issues..I went back the following week and they placed a Sim card in my device. I was told today that I could do an exchange and I was there more than 2hrs and the young lady tried to help me, but with my phone being less than 30 days old. DECEPTIVE WAYS!! BEWARE!! NOT THIS STORE BUT VERIZON ON MCAIN BLVD NORTH LITTLE ROCK- POLICY AS A WHOLE -HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My daughter bf has Verizon Internet only. There phones are on BOOST and they don't want Verizon phones. So once they got signed up for the internet THEN the ISSUES started because they wanted to send a verification code to a cell phone however they cant because they don't have Verizon phones.
