The staff were very professional they went out of their way to help me with my new account
I have been going into this place numerous times over the years. Today I go in to speak with Eric the manager since he said that the phone issue is under warranty. He's off and the associate wants to have a refurbished phone sent to me. First of all, not happening I'm paying for a new phone that's defective. So a new phone is what's going to be provided. Have no problem of closing the account and dropping all four lines. Tired of the run around. Thanks for me driving 60 miles round trip for this fiasco of bullshittery.
it sucks the people have no idea what they are doing and their friendly but don't have a clue about phones just know how to sel them
Verizon service is the worst service I ever had. The always mess my bill up and charge me more, and the internet service is very bad.
