Today we went there I had to wait for an hour still didn’t get any service from them the manager was standing there doing nothing while we were waiting and keep waiting at the end I ask the manager can we have a some sort of service over here and he went to take care other customers and we were ahead of them. Manager and his all staff absolutely suck 👎🏼 I have been using Verizon since 2023 and now I’m planning to move on to T Mobile

I visited the store due to an activation issue, and he was incredibly kind and professional in identifying the problem and resolving it immediately. Even though I purchased my plan online—meaning it wasn't technically his responsibility—he truly understood my frustration as a customer and took care of it.
