I’ve been a Verizon customer for over three decades. After buying another new phone, I took it back to the store a few days later. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a supposed sales person as I was today by the so-called manager at the King of Prussia store named Marcos. He did everything in his power to make me feel unheard and unwelcome and gave me one option - take the phone to Apple to get it diagnosed. No onsite support. Just want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Dionne and James. I had a very stressful time on the phone with Verizon customer service this week which took beyond 5 hours. But Dionne went above and beyond to help me throughout this process and I was able to get a new phone that day. James helped me with that activation and stayed late to do so. God bless you all !!!
