I regret signing with Verizon. It’s not the company, it’s dealing with this one person who thinks he is sweet but he is rude and tries to act smart whenever you ask him something. His name is James. Stay away from him.
Excellent customer service! Raheem was patient and knowledgeable when helping my 78 year old (sassy) mother upgrade her phone. He answered ALL of her questions with care and professionalism.
I experienced an unopened account on my credit report. I stopped by this location as instructed by the online representative. The associates in the store were extremely stand offish, dismissive, and impatient, As you will see as a local guide, I am extremely complimentary on customer service, however, this experience was so unprofessional, I was compelled to write a review. Highly recommend visiting another location if options are available.
They couldn't solve my problem, but they made every possible effort to try to and sometimes, that's all you can ask for
