So the rep we had was clearly and training, and doing the best he could, whereas the other Rep had no interest in assisting us- decided to flirt with various female guests around the store, it took for us to flag him down- as the rep in training could not do so because the trainer was visibly/purposely avoiding us as he failed to avoid making eye contact with us. Service at the store was terrible. Employees were generally unhelpful. I waited an hour and 40 minutes to be told by the mobile Help that what the person at the counter was telling me I needed to do was entirely untrue. Will not be returning to The store and might end up switching carriers.

Just went in today to add a new line ended up leaving with a new iphone and goodies. Verizon had a lot to offer me today but even better was the workers. Shoutout to James, Dionne, and Kurt they all helped out so much. They took their time with me, answered all my questions and worked as a team to figure out all my issues. I’ve never been one to call tech savvy but I left today with so much more knowledge about my phone and plans that Verizon offers.

Every time that I work with Verizon I start somewhere else and end up here. This location is consistently fly the best, most competent and well-informed Verizon staff that I have ever worked with.
