Convenient location good customer service
Conflicting information from different managers about what can and cannot be done. My advice? Just call Verizon Wireless customer service, not only was the request I needed taken care of, everything was done from my comfort of my own home. Would not step foot in another Verizon store when I can simply take care of everything from home.
Verizon's website will tell you that their physical stores can help with fios internet and tv services. THIS IS A LIE.
After seven years as a loyal customer, Verizon immediately hit me with a pile of cancellation charges. Customer service is a nightmare; endless transfers, no solutions, hours wasted. Coverage has been poor on top of it. I felt cheated and ignored. I won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend Verizon to anyone.
