We had the nicest experience at this Verizon location, Leana and Vikki were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot compliment them enough. They should be in charge of training other employees in giving the customer excellent service. They answered all our questions and gave us a money saving tip which enabled me to get a new phone. Kudos to them they deserve it.
Very bad customer service.
Back in March, Verizon rep here "helped" me get a new phone and keep my bill the same - ended up upgrading services that I didn't ask for and has caused me billing nightmares since then. Also, completely messed up my trade-in causing me to have to come back to the store 2 more times. I have wasted so much time on the phone and in this store trying to get it fixed since then.
