Brianna was so incredibly helpful. She was an absolute professional, the whole team was very kind. Not only did she help me add a line and phone, but it was a very straightforward and stellar service.
If I could rate this store zero stars, I WOULD. I called to see if they had iPhones available in store. They said they did, but were “limited availability” but if I was willing to get an Apple Watch also, they could get me a phone. Happily, I was already looking to upgrade my watch so that wasn’t a problem. I drove to the store to get my phone. I have attempted services at this store multiple times and every time I do, they tell me to do it online. "I need a new phone" only to get the response of do it online. Whats the point of having 4 employees sit there and waste company time and money to just say, do it online. Close that store.
Zack helped me set up my new warranty replacement phone. He was awesome! Both knowledgeable and very friendly! Verizon should hire and keep people like Zack! He is an above and beyond kind of guy! The best!!
