I just picked up my new phone it was quick and fast transaction. 😁
First off, 2 stars because I have been with Verizon for over 22 years. I went into this location for the new IPhone 17 pro max. I was told no problem and it is in stock. I was given a “quote” (pic included). When given the quote I noticed my monthly amount did not change to only 3 more dollars a month like the associate had told me verbally but $22 more. This place saved my life today. I’ve never had a positive experience at any phone store until today at this Verizon location. I’ve tried all the carriers and I’ve been to a lot of stores. This is the only store that’s ever resolved ANY phone issue for me. They quite literally performed a miracle for me. So far not so good turns out to be more expensive than my old plan
Went there and waited for an hour. They forgot about us and helped 3 people that came in after us. We went in hoping to stick with Verizon rather than jumping ship to AT&T. Being with Verizon for over 10 years will now come to an end.
