I did an In-Store Pickup for my mom to upgrade my little sister's phone. I live in Texas so it's the best I can do to get them the best deal possible and make it convenient. Fun fact; I'm a current Verizon employee myself (I've worked both Indirect and am now a Direct employee) and I'm appalled at the rep who told my mom that he "can't accept the trade in because Find My is still turned on" without TRYING to educate her on WHY it's still on or trying to help turn it off. They only care about getting new sales not current customers . We went and got checked in and was told we had 2 people infront of us so we waited. But they continued to help people who walked in that wanted to purchase iPads and phones who were not checked in. We heard them checking them in then immediately helping the new people that walked in. This is ridiculous we are paying for cell service and need a new sim and are unable to us it because of rude customer service. What’s the point of checking people in and having them ... read more

After being with Verizon for nearly 2 years, it has been a terrible decision to ever start an account with them. Nearly every month an hour long phonecall was made to clear up bill issues. Each month the bill is different. Promotions and deals are never as advertised. The thought of 'maybe this is the last time I need to call them and fix my bill' is what has kept me here for this long but I would highly advise to not open an account with Verizon. I was forced to buy a device I no longer own do to people not knowing how to do their job or provide correct information and because of something that wasn't removed from device as it was supposed to have been when doing the return thru UPS on wireless router which I returned which I ended up being forced to pay 476.92 after spending hrs on hold with customer service myself then another hr and half on customer service with a Verizon assistant at the store just to get ran in circles and another call back date for customer ser... read more
