I got service from the store staff Micah, bar none. My line was seized when I tried to transfer data to my new phone. Corporate on line gave me such bad service but this store helped me from beginning to end. Because of travel, I could not transfer data to my new phone. When I finally tried to, it got locked due to security purpose (a good thing). On line help put me on hold for 3+ hrs and never came back. I only held on to see how long customer service would take. Staffing is courteous, respectable, and product knowledgeable. Well lighted areas in signage, plenty of workspace. Parking available including disabled parking.
Ask for Musaa. We came into the store thinking we would have to replace our phone due to bad sound quality (both for speaker & microphone functions). Musaa listened to our concerns, then tried a few quick fixes. Magic; no more blatty sound quality problems for listening to music nor far away/underwater quality for phone calls. Seems the phone case we're using is great at keeping water out, and dirt in (lol). 10/10
