They were able to help me get into a last years model phone, 16 plus, but a little disappointed, was talked into adding a new line to get a free phone, so I now for 3 years, have to pay for an extra line I don’t need. Not sure what happened, as 2 of my lines were eligible for upgrades.
Brianna at Verizon at Van Plaza was so amazing! I had an issue with trading in my phone that other stores could not help me with and when they tried they ended up erasing my new phone and telling me to go to Apple! Brianna knew exactly what to do and cleared it up in just two minutes! Super friendly and knows what she’s doing! If you need help, go see Brianna!
This will be the second time that I've had a bad experience at this store. Its getting a one star for a very good reason. Twice I've waited for over an hour, the first I waited in the store and had to leave after almost 2 hours, the second was tonight for over an hour.
