The service at this store has been disappointing. Customers have reported that employees often respond rudely to inquiries. For instance, when I experienced issues with my internet service, the staff indicated that it was not their problem and could not assist in resolving it. This company promised to refund services they never provided and charged to my elderly mother after we had visited 2x and called several times to close the account. Now not only have we not got a refund but are being harassed several times a day to pay our last bill that was charged to us 3 months after shutting the account down. Highly unethical practices by this company. Corruption and criminal. Thats verizon
After visiting called 611 and spend several hours with IT and still have not solved a email delaying. Yahoo app does not show timely incoming emails they are delayed 3-5minutes same time even hours missing (not coming in time)a lot of time sensitive emails. To get emails I have to click on icon and after a minute I may see them but I did not have a small number tag or notification.
The associates are always helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to help me understand my issues on my phone.
