Ive had a business account with Verizon, set up specifically at this store. Always got great service from them, and most recently Danny helped me out with a router issue we were having with our internet. He helped solve it, too! I always realize that no service provider is perfect. Thats why how things are handled when there’s an issue is really important to me.
Provide good service and the staff is helpful. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait. And sometimes they contradict the recommendations made over the phone by their call center staff which is confusing. But generally they provide great service at this location
