Excellent customer service
I have been a Verizon customer for over 9 years. I recently went into Verizon to upgrade my phones in which during that time Anna (sales rep) said I would not have to send back my phones due to the length of time it took to get our phones upgraded. I get my first bill and have an additional charge of $249.00 the cost of buyout on old phones. I have called and messaged her repeatedly to clear up this matter but she has not returned my calls. I highly recommend that you do not use their wireless modem. It worked great for a year, but now it is not working. The last month I’ve only been able to get one bar where it was three bars for us year up till now.I asked for all the tech support I could get they sent me another modem. Still just one bar and it was affecting my telephones in the most Important time of this year. I went to Starlink and everything is working great now.
