The Visalia office on Mooney, is not well trained and referred me back to Walmart. Stupid! I went to Walmart, got verizon on the phone and after about 2 hrs of talking and discussing Verizon was the one who screwed up. I've been with Verizon over 35yrs. If it's not worth the salesman time, the pawn it off. Useless
Went to the store with an issue with my phone she fixed my phone and give me the best customer service I was ever given .
