The agent was not friendly. Didn't act like she wanted to help me, but sure did try to sell me on a new device
I haven't had service in months and the reps throw you around if you lag five seconds at all (sometimes). I've reset, troubleshot, just about everything. Nothing. I have no service when I am not on wifi, regardless of where I am. If I can rely on anything, it's that my verizon wireless cellphone will NOT work anywhere outside of home.
It wasn't busy. The lady who didn't help me was no help at all. So I called verizon when I got home, and they helped fact they went over and above and got what I needed done. Im so disappointed in the Visalia store. All shr wanted was to sell me a new phone. That didn't happen. Visalia store SUCKS.
