I came in to return my home hot spot and the thin lanky brunette told me they couldn't help me with that, that I had to call customer service and it takes a few days for the cancellation to go through. I notified her I've worked for telecommunication companies and I know I can return it there. The agent was not friendly. Didn't act like she wanted to help me, but sure did try to sell me on a new device
I haven't had service in months and the reps throw you around if you lag five seconds at all (sometimes). I've reset, troubleshot, just about everything. Nothing. I have no service when I am not on wifi, regardless of where I am. If I can rely on anything, it's that my verizon wireless cellphone will NOT work anywhere outside of home.
