This service and place is the slowest I’ve ever seen no greetings no customer appreciate Been waiting a hour just to pay my phone bill No hello welcome to Verizon of anything then they stay in the back all day long hiding from. Customers,,,they all need to be fired 8-24-25 3pm
I’m here at 10:20 on a Friday morning and I’ve still waited 20 minutes to even talk to someone. Meanwhile the staff are telling their life stories to customers. Any time you come here it is a slow painful burn. Edit: Bonus ! 45 minutes here just to find out that I have to call Verizon to cancel and can’t do it in store lmao
When we walked in there were 8 groups of customers. Someone asked if we could sign in and we were told "someone will be with you shortly". When the first associate finished with his customer he asked the EIGHT of us who was first. That shouldn't be our job to keep track of. I've been a loyal Verizon customer 21 years but I am done with this disrespectful customer experience and will be shopping new providers.
