I’m here at 10:20 on a Friday morning and I’ve still waited 20 minutes to even talk to someone. Meanwhile the staff are telling their life stories to customers. Any time you come here it is a slow painful burn. Edit: Bonus ! 45 minutes here just to find out that I have to call Verizon to cancel and can’t do it in store lmao
When we walked in there were 8 groups of customers. Someone asked if we could sign in and we were told "someone will be with you shortly". When the first associate finished with his customer he asked the EIGHT of us who was first. That shouldn't be our job to keep track of. I've been a loyal Verizon customer 21 years but I am done with this disrespectful customer experience and will be shopping new providers.
Service was not good.
Because I can’t seem to review corporate and contacting vzw is nearly impossible, I’m putting this where everyone can see. I recently cancelled my service and today, i received a bill for the remaining service I had used, that also had a past due amount which is impossible, you can’t port a number with a past due account and it was on autopay and the previous bill left my account as always.
